430: High prices are lame excuse for DSRs

Come on… admit it.  You lost an account and when the sales manager questions you, the standard answer flows out… “We got beat on price!  The competitor sells everything cheaper!”

Except in extreme situations, the “our prices are too high” excuse won’t fly far.  Nor does it fly with your competitors when they go to their respective bosses and use the same excuse when you win an account!
