Harbaugh describes how and when she first met, then Greenhorn, Mrozinski, and the transition they worked through together after the Vet DSR who took care of her facility retired. Amy still takes Annette’s order on her laptop each week versus having this loyal customer place her order online. Mrozinski says she and Harbaugh have “Sales Conversations” that lead to creative ideas that make for a great experience for the residents at the Good Neighbor Home.
