Operator Mike Peterson of the White Horse Restaurant in Rock Hill, South Carolina and DSR Dave discuss why it’s so hard to start buying from a new distributor, let alone change distributors all together. Peterson started his foodservice career as a DSR so he really understands both sides of the Laptop, if you will.
